Outstanding customer service, can do attitude, kind, attentive and just all round incredible people. Huge shout out and deep gratitude to the team members I interacted with! Thank you Carl for the most attentive and best check in experience I have ever had. So grateful for your kindness! Thank you Gio for your positivity and your conversation as I was waiting for the elevator. Thank you for getting me some bottled water as well! Your outstanding client care and enthusiasm is contagious. Thank you to Letty for helping me learn how to properly use the Polaroid camera and for ensuring I captured some great images now that I knew what I was doing. Very patient and gracious with me! Thank you Zoe for helping us secure an additional night’s stay for my son whose flight was cancelled and rebooked for two days later. Your kindness and help will not be forgotten. Thank you as well for listening to me ramble on about all that was happening. Your beautiful smile and effervescence made the day brighter for us all. Thanks again for all that you did to help with the booking. The Moxy Bar manager (I’m sorry however I cannot recall your name) that helped me get some dinner during a very busy “chaotic singles” event on Feb 14th at the bar. Your kindness and patience during a super busy event was remarkable! All to help little ole me get some dinner. So much gratitude for you! To the lovely gentleman working at the front desk on Valentine’s that greeted me when I came in and then came up to me at the elevator and gave me a rose and wished me a happy Valentine’s Day. This kind gesture was so appreciated. Keep doing what you’re doing! Your team is incredible!!

Modern trendy hotel not far from Time Square, Bryant Park, The Empire State Building and Macy’s. Good for subway locations too. All the team at MOXY we interacted with were friendly and helpful. One of our rooms was ready before the check-in time so we were able to access the room to drop luggage off, but the hotel had facilities to do a luggage drop if not. Our room was clean everyday, the room was comfortable a little noisy but that’s to be expected it’s NYC. The $30 credit was a great touch to use, we used it for breakfast every morning during our stay. The bar area was good, the music was good too. My only other observation about the bar area was where other guests brought in food, they didn’t always put their rubbish in the bin, like other guests, it didn’t stop us enjoying the communal bar area though. Overall a great stay and I’ll use MOXY Hotels again.

My Son and i ade travelling from Australia and we stayed for 12 Nights for Christmas and New Year. From Check in the Staff is so friendly and helpful and provided us full information, love the room.. it’s not spacious but Smart, functional and Cool Home Decort. Room Service came every day to clean our room and provide free water and fresh towels. Great Locations, only 5-10 mins short walk to the Main Times Square - hotel surrounded with plenty of foods, Cvs Pharmacy, Supermarket, Macy’s, short walk to Bryant park, Empire State and close to Subway. Room is very warm and cosy and not as loud as i expected - Absolutely perfect for our first stayed in New York We will definitely be back again for our Next New York Trip🥰

The hotel is very buzzy with music playing in the lobby and lots of people (incl. hotel guests) visiting Bar Moxy, Legasea and Magic Hour in the evenings so this is perfect if travelling with friends or even alone as there's a lot to do and people to meet! The bedroom floors are only accessible to those with key cards which means you are 'protected' from the outside world. The hotel has a great location on 7th Avenue in walking distance to so many of NYCs attractions, bars and restaurants. The staff were very helpful throughout and everything in the room was clean and tidy. The credit to use in Bar Moxy or Cafe D'avignon was a nice touch and the food/drink on offer here was gorgeous!

The smell of the lobby when we enter. The hotel is so near to the Penn Station- if you plan to take the train from JFK airport - 30mins away. The free breakfast from The Cafe d’ Avignon- we get 30$ per day - charge to the hotel. Love their breads and pastries! It’s always fresh. The free luggage storage coz we arrived so early, left luggage and started going nearby the hotel. There are so many things to see nearby the hotel. Few blocks to Times Square. The security and the elevator The water heater and the a/c is working fine. The bed is clean, soft, big and comfy.
