MOXY NYC Times Square

Super clean, and the staff are beyond lovely. It’s the perfect solution when you’re not sure which part of Manhattan you’re going to spend the most time - central location and excellent value.

The Moxy Bar manager (I’m sorry however I cannot recall your name) that helped me get some dinner during a very busy “chaotic singles” event on Feb 14th at the bar. Your kindness and patience during a super busy event was remarkable! All to help little ole me get some dinner. So much gratitude for you! To the lovely gentleman working at the front desk on Valentine’s that greeted me when I came in and then came up to me at the elevator and gave me a rose and wished me a happy Valentine’s Day. This kind gesture was so appreciated. Keep doing what you’re doing! Your team is incredible!!

The hotel is very buzzy with music playing in the lobby and lots of people (incl. hotel guests) visiting Bar Moxy, Legasea and Magic Hour in the evenings so this is perfect if travelling with friends or even alone as there's a lot to do and people to meet! The bedroom floors are only accessible to those with key cards which means you are 'protected' from the outside world. The hotel has a great location on 7th Avenue in walking distance to so many of NYCs attractions, bars and restaurants. The staff were very helpful throughout and everything in the room was clean and tidy. The credit to use in Bar Moxy or Cafe D'avignon was a nice touch and the food/drink on offer here was gorgeous!

Modern trendy hotel not far from Time Square, Bryant Park, The Empire State Building and Macy’s. Good for subway locations too. All the team at MOXY we interacted with were friendly and helpful. One of our rooms was ready before the check-in time so we were able to access the room to drop luggage off, but the hotel had facilities to do a luggage drop if not. Our room was clean everyday, the room was comfortable a little noisy but that’s to be expected it’s NYC. The $30 credit was a great touch to use, we used it for breakfast every morning during our stay. The bar area was good, the music was good too. My only other observation about the bar area was where other guests brought in food, they didn’t always put their rubbish in the bin, like other guests, it didn’t stop us enjoying the communal bar area though. Overall a great stay and I’ll use MOXY Hotels again.
