From the person that helped us check in late at night, to everyone else working at the lobby and the staff at the restaurant on the second floor. The shower in our room was incredible! Location was great, it wasn't IN Times Square, but 6 blocks away which was far enough from the madness but close enough! The free waters in the lobby were a nice touch also!

Amazing water pressure in the shower. Bed was very comfortable. Even though the rooms are small, it had almost everything one would need. The AC worked great. Staff were lovely.

Super clean, and the staff are beyond lovely. It’s the perfect solution when you’re not sure which part of Manhattan you’re going to spend the most time - central location and excellent value.

The room was small but very chic. It had a queen bed and a loft bed over it. The bathroom was open and had a rainfall shower. It was really cute and cozy.

Location was solid. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Th $20 daily credit at the cafe and bar was awesome. SUPER dog friendly, made it so good for our pup.

The staff were great and they have even gifted us with drinks on our anniversary celebration with my wife. I truly appreciated the extra mile that the team has extended to all of us. Experience is great and the place is in the heart of New York City. Great job everyone! Hope to see you all again soon on our next travel to NYC...

The hotel and room were super modern, clean and relatively large for NYC....perfect for one and not horrible for two people. There were amble hooks for a long stay..which is rarely the case in contemporary styling and nice linens with a large very comfortable bed. The wifi and shower pressure were great but the sink faucet was a drizzle..very odd. The staff...particularly Craig at the front desk...were friendly, helpful and super competent. There is a nice common area on the 2nd floor where one can take a coffee or drink or just sip on water and work.

Fantastic location – super easy to find and just a short walk from the heart of Times Square. Surrounded by loads of great restaurants, so you’re never short of options for food and drinks. The staff were incredibly welcoming at check-in, with a special shoutout to Ricky who went above and beyond with helpful tips and recommendations. The room was compact, as expected for NYC, but well-designed and had everything we needed. The rooftop bar was a real bonus – perfect spot to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Would definitely stay again!
